Hey Analog!

<Christmas Service> This Sunday at 10am. Come celebrate the birth of our Lord!

<Christmas at Walpert> This Saturday, December 22nd at 1pm in Hayward.
We will perform elements from Starlight Carols, read the Christmas story, and share communion with the physically and mentally disabled.

 Valerie Nelson's experience at Walpert:

Practically my whole life I have worked with people with special needs. When I first found out that Analog regularly participates in a program that serves people with special needs I was very excited. The first time I walked into Walpert I was overwhelmed I was surrounded by people that were very interested in learning all about me and at the same time wanted to tell me all about themselves. Despite being initially overwhelmed, I quickly became relaxed and felt welcome by their excitement. I even met a new friend! His name is Elton. Elton can talk all day about numbers and money. He's very intrigued by the fact that there are so many possibilities of adding up to the same number.
The thing that I like most about going to Walpert is seeing qualities that God has given these people shine through them. They don't know how to discriminate, they are amazingly kind, loving, and their excitement for life is unmistakable. I have been very blessed to have the opportunity to hang out with these children of God, who are so often forgotten about!

<World Conscious Rock>  Friday, January 11th, 2008. Music with a Mission. An evening of live rock and social action. Four world changing organizations and three great local bands will be here to help you get a little world conscious...10 bucks to get in and proceeds benefit the non-profits attending the event.
