<Get fit in 2008> Analoger and triathlete Garrett Smit is starting a new group with the focus on training for running events such as 10K, half and full marathon,  as well as a Triathlon. Come be a part of the group to just get healthy and fit this year. We meet on Saturday mornings at 7:30am at the church for a morning run. Contact Garrett at g_smit1 at yahoo.com

 
"Unforgiveness can be a heavy burden to carry which ultimately hurts you and not the one who needs to be forgiven. The other thing is that offering your forgiveness to the person or people who wounded you can be a moment of freedom extended to them as well and may end up allowing them the chance to see Jesus in you. Last sunday In Analog a few of us were sharing how we were working on getting to the point of being able to forgive others and even forgive ourselves. That is huge! Forgiveness is a choice as well as a journey. Let's be on that journey this year. 
Extending your forgiveness is an act of love and a response to your love for Jesus. Love is the greatest revenge.
